San Antonio Bay view

ALL units feature cable, tv's, telephones and microwaves. The ANNEX (suites) also feature coffee pots. There are 8 rooms in the MAIN UNIT and 4 Suites in the ANNEX. The Main Unit, Annex are available by the day or week.

Apartments are furnished including utilities, tv's and cable.  Apartments are available by the week or month. There are 4 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom apartments.

Reservations are highly recommended, especially for the ANNEX.

The eight room Main Unit contains six rooms with kitchens. These feature apartment sized stoves, full sized refrigerators, dining table and two double beds. The other two rooms do not have kitchens and feature two double beds and one twin bed.  Each of these two rooms have an interconnecting door to a room with kitchen. Rollaway beds may be available depending on availability. Some Main Units feature showers only and some have a tub/shower.

The four suites in the Annex are arranged with two downstairs and two upstairs. Each pair share a large veranda type porch overlooking San Antonio Bay and the Harbor area. The ANNEX features a large bedroom, two double beds in the bedroom, full size kitchens, microwaves, coffee pots, dining tables with an open concept living room. A couple of suites have hideabeds in the living room and rollaway beds may be available, depending on availability.

OTHER PROPERTIES: The Bay View Cottage began construction in 1999 as a single family dwelling. It is a two story structure and has a deck with bay view inside a chain link fence, water softener, two baths (one with a clawfoot tub) and washer/dryer. This is normally reserved for monthly rentals, however daily and weekly may be considered depending on availability. The Walton House Apartments (part of the Bay View complex) consist of 3 fully furnished apartments with bills paid and laundry facility. The Walton units are normally rented weekly and monthly. Originally built as an owner occupied boarding house circa 1910 it was renovated and also now has central air and heat.
